MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan football safety
Deven Arevalo was named the Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Mideast Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. This is the second time he has claimed the honor this season.
Arevalo grabbed two interceptions in the #16 Wildcats' win over the Saints. He also returned one pick 58 yards for a touchdowns in the win.
The Wildcats have their bye week this Saturday, but are back on the road on October 18 as they travel to Michigan to play Madonna University at 12:00PM. Links for video and stats will be available at IWUWildcats.com.
