MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan men's basketball took the court in Luckey Arena for the first time in over a month on Wednesday night for a Crossroads League matchup against Goshen. The Maple Leafs rallied late with a 15-4 run in the last seven minutes of the game, but the Wildcats used clutch free-throw shooting and got key defensive stops to secure an 85-76 win. Isaac Andrews led the team with 19 points, highlighted by five three-pointers.

WHAT HAPPENED

• A quick 14-3 run for the Wildcats earned them a 27-11 lead through the first 10 minutes of play.
• IWU knocked down nine three-pointers and shot 60.6% from the field to push their lead to 49-34 at halftime. Isaac Andrews had a team-high 15 points on five from long range.
• Goshen narrowed the gap slightly to begin the second half, but Indiana Wesleyan still held a 67-56 lead with ten minutes left.
• The red and gray shot 12-13 from the free-throw line in the second half to pick up the 85-76 win over the Maple Leafs.
