MARION, IND. - No. 7 Indiana Wesleyan moved their win streak to eight on Saturday afternoon, downing the Bethel Pilots 3-1. The Wildcat defense once again stifled their opponent, holding Bethel to a .090 attack percentage and picking up ten blocks as a team.

MATCH VITALS

• Bethel took an early lead in set one, going up 11-7 before IWU put a run together. Indiana Wesleyan held a 19-18 lead, but BU would go on a 7-2 run to steal the first set.
• The Wildcats came out on fire in set two, scoring the first 5 points and forcing a Pilot timeout. Bethel would pull within 3 points several times but could never make an extended run as IWU took set two 25-19.
• In set three, IWU again began strong with a 7-3 lead to force a timeout from the Pilots. After BU tied things at 9 a piece, the Wildcats used a dominant 16-3 run to win 25-12.
• Indiana Wesleyan continued to dominate in set four, holding an 8 point lead for a majority of the set.
• Eva Joldersma (18) and Marissa Mullins (15) turned in dominant offense days.
• The Wildcats totaled 8 service aces, led by 3 from freshmen Camaya Murray and Autumn Colehour, and 2 from Abbigail Porter.
• Porter and Mullins had 3 blocks each.
• Cadee Notter had a season high 24 digs. Joldersma added 18 a season high of her own.
• Porter posted a season high 53 assists.
