TRACK & FIELD EARNS THIRD PLACE FINISHES AT INDIANA LITTLE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan track and field were at their home facility for their fourth outdoor meet of the spring this weekend for the Indiana Little State Championships. The men and women each finished third overall with the women totaling 122 points and the men tallying 74 points. Ella Maas recorded her first NAIA B standard of the outdoor season in the 400m hurdles. The men had two first-time NAIA B standard marks reached this meet by Dan Heinig in the shot put and the 4x800m relay team of Zeb Wilson, Alec Foster, Tommy Ott, Weston Kundo. As a squad, IWU took home 17 Top-3 finishes to go along with their five NAIA A standards and five NAIA B standards.
