MARION, Ind. - No. 4 Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball cruised to an 84-42 victory over Northwestern on Saturday, advancing to the NAIA Round of 16 for the fourth-straight season. Taylor Folkema led Indiana Wesleyan with 16 points, 5 rebound, 3 blocks, and 2 assists.

- Jordan Reid scored five points in the first five minutes to lead IWU at 8-2 halfway into the first quarter.
- Another strong defensive showing second quarter from the Wildcats in this NAIA National Tournament held Northwestern to nine points in the quarter with seven steals to gain a 20-point lead to enter the second half up 39-19.
- IWU started the third quarter hot with an 11-2 run and gained a 30-point advantage with four minutes to go before the fourth quarter.
- The red and gray were able to cruise on to victory after keeping the Raiders to six in the fourth quarter and sealed their trip to the Round of 16 with a final score of 84-42.
