WILLIAMSBURG, Ky - No. 2-seed Indiana Wesleyan softball played their first game of the 2023 NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round on Monday afternoon against No. 3-seed Madonna. MU scored two early runs in the 2nd inning, but the Wildcats were unable to bring any runners to home plate. IWU fell to the Crusaders 2-0 and will look to stay alive in the losers bracket of of the double elimination tournament.
