SIOUX CITY, IA - No. 1-seed Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball were back in Tyson Event Center for the second day in a row in the quarterfinals of the NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship presented by Ballogy. The Wildcats saw their season come to an end at the hands of the No. 6-seed Trojans of Dakota State University, 71-70. DSU continue their cinderella run after wins over No. 2-seed Carroll, No. 3-seed Eastern Oregon, and No. 11-seed Morningside. IWU closes out the year with a 31-4 overall record.

- The Trojans wreaked havoc early and scored 8 points off IWU's 7 first quarter turnovers.
- Despite seven turnovers and a four-minute scoring drought, the Wildcats ended the first quarter on a 5-0 run to cut the deficit from ten to five points.
- Back-to-back three's from Dakota State push the lead back to double digits, 24-13.
