NO. 7 WOMEN'S BASKETBALL OVERWHELMS TAYLOR FOR 15TH STRAIGHT WIN

UPLAND, Ind. – No. 7 Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball made the 12-mile drive to Upland on Wednesday night for this season's second matchup against rival Taylor University. The Wildcats overwhelmed the Trojans offensively and brought home a 90-57 win to extend their winning streak to 15 games.

  • Both teams shot over 60% from the field in the first quarter as IWU held a narrow 24-23 lead.
  • Seven Wildcats registered points in the second and their lead grew to 52-32 at halftime.
  • Jade Nutley scored 11 points on 5-6 FG in the 3rd frame and IWU continued to pile it on for a 80-45 lead after three quarters.
  • Indiana Wesleyan earned their largest lead of the game of 41 points in the 4th quarter on their way to the 90-57 final.
