MARION, Ind. - No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan men's basketball clinched their seventh win of the season after a convincing performance against East-West University with a final score of 109-75. After a close start to the game from both sides, the Wildcats began to find rhythm quickly and went on a 16-4 run with 1 minute to go. IWU went into halftime with a 25-point lead. With a heavy lead, the Wildcats were able to coast to victory and set a new season-high with 109 points scored.

WHAT HAPPENED

• With a close start to the first half from both sides, Indiana Wesleyan started rolling with 11 minutes left to go as they went on a 16-4 run.
• IWU continued to play strong defense with 6 steals and shot an efficient 58% from the field throughout the first half to lead by 25 at 52-27.
• After lighting up the three-point line with a total team percentage of 52% in the second half and shooting  67% from the field, the Wildcats cruised to a 109-75 victory.
