MARION, IND. - No.11 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball fell short against No.17 Marian University On Wednesday night. IWU would lose in four sets 25-21, 23-25, 25-17, and 25-18. The Wildcats drop to 13-4 on th season and 6-2 in the Crossroads League.

MATCH VITALS

• With IWU holding a 13-9 lead, Marian would go on a 9-1 run to take control of the first set.
• A 7-1 Knights run midway through the second set would give Marian a 20-15 lead. The Wildcats were able to overcome the deficit with a 10-3 run to steal the set. 
• The teams traded points for much of the thirds set, but Marian pulled away late with a 7-1 run to take the third set.
• The Knights took control of the fourth set early and the Wildcats were unable to overcome the early deficit.
• Victoria Johnson led the team with 15 kills.
• Abbigail Porter tallied 32 assists.
• Ally Barkhaus finished with a season high 30 digs.
• The Wildcats committed 23 errors in the match.
