MARION, Ind. – No. 21 Indiana Wesleyan University men's soccer hosted No. 12 Bethel University for Crossroads League play at Wildcat Field on Wednesday night. In a tightly contested match, only one team was able to take advantage of their limited chances. The Pilots tallied a goal in each half and handed the Wildcats their second overall loss and their first in Crossroads League play after a 2-0 final score.

• IWU avoided an early catastrophy after Bethel sailed an early penalty kick over the crossbar.
• Bethel burried a free kick just over the out-stretched hand on Aaron Carr for their first goal in the 33rd minute.
• The Pilots put the game out of reach in the final 20 minutes after a low-liner gave them their two-goal lead.
