MARION, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan University men's soccer opened up Crossroads League play on Saturday night at Wildcat Soccer Field against Goshen College. The Wildcats scored two goals in the first 10 minutes of action propelling them to a 3-1 victory in the league contest.

WHAT HAPPENED

• Winter Casseus found the back of the net in the 7th minute of play, scoring for the 4th-consective game.
• Brandon Nyagurungo wove through the defense and side-stepped the keeper to give IWU the early 2-0 lead.
• Goshen narrowed the margin before halftime, but Giuseppe Santacroce netted the only goal in the second period to push the Wildcat lead to two goals.
