WINONA LAKE, IND. - No. 12 volleyball posted their eighth sweep of the season in a win over Crossroads League rival Grace College. Indiana Wesleyan's defense kept the Lancer offense in check all night, holding Grace to less than 16 points in each set. The win pushes the Wildcat's record to 12-2 overall and a perfect 5-0 in the Crossroads League.

MATCH VITALS

• IWU got off to a fast start on the road, opening the first set with a 6-0 run. Following an early Grace timeout, the Wildcats pushed their lead to 17-5 before taking the set 25-11.
• Indiana Wesleyan kept momentum in the second set, building an 18-12 lead to force a Lancer timeout. The Wildcats went on a 5-1 run out of the timeout forcing another timeout from Grace, eventually taking the second set 25-15.
• Down to their last set, the Lancers were unable to turn things around as IWU jumped out to an 18-8 lead. The Wildcats finished off the Lancers 25-13 for the sweep.
• Eva Joldersma and Victoria Johnson recorded 11 kills each to lead IWU.
• Eva Joldersma also tallied three aces in the match.
• Danyelle Prado posted 18 assists.
• Ally Barkhaus led the team with 17 digs.
• The Wildcat defense held the Lancers to a .071 hit percentage in the match.
