Box Score 1 KISSISSIMEE, Fla. - No. 8 Indiana Wesleyan softball started their Florida trip off with a win followed by a game halted due to weather. Wildcats continue their trip with another eight games before returning to Marion.

• Location: Kississimee, Florida
• Matchup: IWU 9-2 I USCB 7-9
• Result: IWU defeats USCB 4-2

GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS

 

• Scoring was led by Jennah Yost with two runs followed by Becca Wyatt and Makenna Waddell who each added a run.
• Chloe Tragesser rallied in two RBIs.
• USCB out hit Wildcats 5-3.
• The fifth inning was the difference maker for the Wildcats who were down 1-2 and strung together three runs to take the lead and ultimately the deciding factor of the game 4-2.
• Yost walked, stole the next two bases and scored on Tragesser's single.
• Wyatt scored on a wild pitch to take the lead back 3-2. The last run was scored by Waddell when the bases were loaded and Trinity Medina walked.
• Danielle Munn held down the pitching the entire game while striking out five.

GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS

 

• Game against UNOH was halted shortly into the first inning. Make up information will be forthcoming.
