MARION, IND. - No. 19 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball took down the visiting Cougars of Saint Francis 3-0 on Saturday night. It is the third meeting between the squads this season with IWU winning all three.The win moves the Wildcats into the Crossroads League Tournament Semifinals.

MATCH VITALS

• IWU took the first set 25-18, the teams battled closely through the set, but a late 10-4 run by the Wildcats was enough for the victory.
• IWU took the early momentum in set two, grabbing a 12-5 lead early. The Cougars battled back, taking a 2 point lead at 20-18. Indiana Wesleyan scored the final 4 point of the set to take the 25-22 win.
• The Wildcats again took the early momentum in the third set, but Saint Francis battled back again to pull within 3 points at 15-12. IWU would hold on to win 25-19.
• Martina Demarchi and Eva Joldersma led the way for the Wildcat attack with 11 kills each.
• Eva Joldersma recorded back to back aces in the third set.
• Cassie Gregory led the team with 35 assists.
• Ally Barkhaus recorded 16 digs in the contest.
