MARION, Ind. - No. 5 Indiana Wesleyan men's basketball led by as much as 16 Tuesday, opening up 2022-23 Crossroads League play with a 89-82 win over Mount Vernon Nazarene. The two-headed monster of Spencer Piercefield and Seth Maxwell was too much for the Cougars, with Piercefield scoring 25 points on 9-of-13 shooting while Maxwell netted 22.
