MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. – No. 24 Men's Soccer was on the road on Saturday night at Mount Vernon Nazarene for another Crossroads League match. After a scoreless affair for most of the game, the excitement elevated in the final 12 minutes, resulting in a goal for each side for a 1-1 draw when the final whistle blew.

• Both teams showcased elite defensive efforts for over two-thirds of the game.
• IWU's Jaxon Carpenter scored his first goal of the season in the 78th minute to give the Wildcats the late lead.
• Mount Vernon capitalized on an opportunity in the final minutes of play to give the Cougars the equalizer.

• 20: The red and gray totaled 20 fouls in the match with 3 being deemed worthy of a yellow card.
