MARION, IND. - No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball took the court in Luckey Arena for their first game of the 2022-23 season. The Wildcats scored 20+ points in each quarter and forced 18 turnovers defensively as they cruised to a 96-56 win over IU-East.

• Both teams traded baskets throughout the 1st quarter as IWU held a narrow 21-18 lead.
• Lilli Frasure caught fire in the 2nd quarter with 11 points and the Wildcats took a 46-29 lead into halftime.
• The red and grey put together a 26-8 3rd quarter with a lock-down defense that held IU East to 3 made field goals.
• IWU scored 13 points off 9 Red Wolves' turnovers on their way to the 96-56 victory.

• 56: The Wildcats controlled the scoring in the paint with a 56-28 advantage.
• 19: IWU swiped 19 steals from the Red Wolves.
