MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan volleyball team took a while to get things going in today's matchup with Grace College. Indiana Wesleyan built momentum after the first set and controlled the rest of the game. Last season, Grace was one of IWU's three losses on the season.

MATCH INSIGHTS
WIN 3-1: 25-22, 25-13, 25-16, 25-19

• Lancers got out to a quick start to start the game leading 10-4 and never looking back. Down 24-16, IWU rattled off six points but it wasn't enough as Grace took set one.
• IWU came out much stronger in the second set and controlled the lead 25-13.
• Wildcats continued to take control and finished the game in the next two sets 25-16 and 25-19.
• Olivia Zawadzki dished out a season-high 50 assists.
• Ana Collar led the way on the attack with 14 kills followed by Martina Dermarchi and Courtney Watkins with 11 a piece.
• Paige Thibault led the defense with a season-high 27 digs.

MOATS HONORED

• Prior to the match, Candace Moats was honored for her 900th career win which took place on the road against Concordia University on August 27.
