KOKOMO, Ind. - No. 3 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball's comeback bid fell short Wednesday, falling 3-2 to No. 24 Indiana University Kokomo. IUK took the first two sets and IWU the next two with set five going to the Cougars by four points.

• Havyn Gates tallied an IWU high 20 digs, while IUK's Macey Ruby totaled 26. Gates was also stellar when serving collecting four aces.
• The Wildcats tallied more points, kills, aces, and blocks than the Cougars.
• This is IWU's first loss to IUK in program history, having won the first nine meetings. This was also the first five-set match in matchup history.
