WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PUTS OUT FIRE, HEADED TO NAIA QUARTERFINALS

SIOUX CITY, Iowa - For the first time since 2013, Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball is headed to the NAIA National Championship Quarterfinals. The Wildcats topped No. 10 Southeastern who earned the No. 6 seed, 83-73. The Fire made just three triples in the game while IWU knocked down 11.

Senior Anne Secrest led all scorers with 32 points, setting a new career-high.

IWU shot 5-of-13 from deep in the first half for 37%, while Southeastern knocked down just one of their five attempts.
All but 13 points were scored by Gabrielle Ozoude for the Fire, leading all scorers at the half. Anne Secrest led the Wildcats with 13, while Dayton Groninger and Jordan Reid each added eight.
