QUOTABLES

  • He is just an All-American kid. He is a 4.0 student, a strong Christian kid, and a hard worker. I saw some film but I never saw him play live. In my mind I didn't think he would play this year, but during the first week of practice we what you saw tonight. He plays really hard, athletic, and does what we tell him to do. He is going through his freshman ups and downs but he is going to continue to grow and help our team win games. - Head Coach Greg Tonagel on Griffin Kliewer
  • Coming out in the second half we knew we had to play with an edge defensively. The first half we didn't compete like we needed to, so our main focus was to compete together and make championship plays.  - Junior Spencer Piercefield
