MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan men's soccer ran their perfect record to 3-0 Wednesday, topping Bethel University, 3-1. Hudson Gongwer put the Wildcats on the board in the 33rd minute squaring the match at one apiece. Eight minutes later, Gongwer secured his second game winning goal of the season giving IWU the 2-1 lead head into the half. Lucas Melli provided security in the 76th minute scoring his second goal of the season. 

INSIDE THE BOX

• Nathan Sharrett collected his third win of the season, collecting two saves on eight shots. Aaron Carr took over duties in the second half, posting five saves.
• Last week's NAIA Defensive Player of the Week, Bethel's Arnaud Fady, made just four saves while allowing three goals.
• BU owned the corners firing off seven corner kicks, while IWU mustered three.
• This is the first win for IWU at Bethel since 2014.

• IWU hosts Mount Vernon Nazarene this Saturday at 7 p.m.
