Box Score MARION, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan women’s basketball collected their fifth straight win Wednesday, downing the Lancers of Grace College, 78-60. Anne Secrest netted a career-high 28 points on 13-of-18 shooting. The junior dominated the paint, helping IWU to a 46-to-18 advantage in paint points.

- In addition to a scoring her 1,000th career point, Dayton Groninger tallied a season-high seven assists while grabbing seven rebounds.
- Despite the cold weather outside, IWU was red hot from the floor shooting 50%, making 30 of the 59 shots. Grace was the polar opposite, shooting 34% from the field, making just 20 of their 58 shots.
- The Wildcats played team basketball collecting 18 assists on 30 baskets, while the Lancers mustered just five assists for a season-low.
1,000 CAREER POINTS
- Dayton Groninger collected her 1,000th career point Wednesday, becoming the 30th Wildcat in program history to do so.
- Groninger netted 229 in her freshman season, 342 in her sophomore season, and 429 so far this season.
- She is the first to achieve the milestone since Nicole Ignasiak collected her 1,000th career point last season.
