LAWRENCE LEADS @IWU_WBB OVER SAINT FRANCIS

MARION, Ind. –  Freshman Maddie Lawrence exploded for a career-high 18 points Saturday, leading Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball over the University of Saint Francis, 69-57. IWU knocked down ten triples for 41% from deep, which was the deciding factor in the contest.

 


INSIDE THE BOX
  • Jordan Reid grabbed a career-high nine boards in 18 minutes of play.
  • Both teams grabbed 37 rebounds each in the contest, with USF grabbing 11 offensive rebounds compared to IWU's seven.
  • Indiana Wesleyan scored 23 points from their non-starters, with eight of the nine Wildcats who played scoring a point each.
  • The red and gray saw four Wildcats finish in double-figures with USF seeing just one notch double figures.
 



NEXT TIME OUT
  • The Wildcats head to Taylor University Wednesday for a 7 p.m. start.
