MARION, Ind - In their first match on the pitch in 18-days, Indiana Wesleyan men's soccer collected a come from behind 2-2 draw with Goshen College. The Wildcats struck first in the 17th minute on a
Philipp Basara goal, assisted by
Jonas Becari. The Maple Leafs would produce a fast second-half start burying the Wildcats in a 2-1 hole.
The duo of Basara and Becari would write a different ending for the red and gray in the 87th when Basara found Becari for the game-tying goal.

- GC fired off 20 shots landing six on frame, while IWU landed seven on frame with 15 shots taken.
- Both teams took five corner kicks in the contest while 41 fouls were called between both clubs.
- Each team earned two yellow cards, with Goshen claiming the only red given out.

- I am proud of the guys and their effort tonight being down a number of starters and key contributors. We battled back after being down and got a result. It showed resilience and toughness, which are staples of our program. It's wasn't the result that we wanted, but our focus now is to get healthy for the upcoming conference tournament.
