MARION, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan men's soccer earned one point with a 2-2 tie against Grace College on Tuesday night at Wildcat Field. Aaron Carr recorded eight saves as the Lancers out-shot the Wildcats 31-13. 

INSIDE THE BOX

• Giuseppe Santacroce assisted both goals for the Wildcats giving him three on the season. 
• Hudson Gongwer started the scoring off in the fourth minute of the game capitalizing on a well played cross from the right wing by Santacroce.
• The Lancers answered with a deflected goal just inside the ninth minute. 
• Grace then added a second goal on a 25 yard shot with two minutes till the half. 
• Indiana Wesleyan answered in the second half with a strong build-up as Santacroce slotted a ball to Zack Hargreaves who beat the keeper. 
• Each team had chances in the overtime periods but were unable to capitalize as the game ended in a draw. 
• Grace had 13 shots on goal to IWU's three. 

NEXT TIME OUT

• The Wildcats will head on the road Thursday for a 7 p.m. start at Spring Arbor. 
• IWU will finish off the week with a home match Saturday against Saint Francis at 7 p.m.
