Box Score MARION, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan volleyball defeated Spring Arbor in straight sets to open Crossroads League play, with a record of 1-0 and improve to 8-0 on the season in Luckey Arena on Wednesday evening.
The Wildcats began where they left off last season defending the hardwood in Luckey Arena. In 2018, IWU went 13-1 at home and they begin 2019 1-0 with tonight’s victory.
INSIDE THE BOX
- Marci Miller led Indiana Wesleyan with nine kills on the evening with Rachel Klitzing recording eight kills.
- The Wildcats also recorded eight blocks and recorded an attacking percentage of .310.
- Havyn Gates paced IWU on the defensive side of the ball, recording 20 digs in the match.
