COACH SHIGLEY SAYS…
“Grand Valley State is traditionally ranked in the top-30 for DII schools. They will be right there again this year. They are good and deep. We were able to secure the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. Lizzie and Lena had opportunities to get wins at their spots as they both lost tough third set tiebreakers. These matches will only make us better as we move forward in the season.”
