Box Score FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan women’s basketball picked up their biggest win of the season Wednesday, downing League foe #10 Saint Francis 75-62. It is the Wildcats first Top-10 win since December 6, 2017 when they downed #4 Marian, 72-67.
INSIDE THE BOX
- Adrianna Trexler led the way for IWU netting a team-high of 18 points. The Freshman was perfect from the field shooting 6-of-6, while making all six of her free throws.
- Carly Lange and Baylie VanDyke were second in scoring, each pouring in ten.
- Emma Applegate was the lone Cougar in double figures, posting 18.
- IWU committed just 13 turnovers, the second-fewest in a game this season.
- Indiana Wesleyan shot a whopping 51% from the field while holding Saint Francis to 34%.
- The Wildcat bench came up big, scoring 40 points compared to the Cougars 18.
