WINONA LAKE, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan women’s basketball fought back into the win column Wednesday, downing Grace College 80-67, ending the Wildcat’s two-game skid.

THE DUO

• Margot Woughter and Dayton Groninger dominated play throughout the evening combining to score 45 of the Wildcats 80 points. Woughter tailed 27, two shy of tying her career high while adding three rebounds and assists. Groninger added 20 while grabbing six rebounds.

• “I thought we showed resolve tonight when we faced adversity. There were spurts in the game where we allowed Grace’s pressure to speed us up but every time they made a run we came together and weathered the storm.”
