Coach’s Corner

  •  “I thought our first quarter gave us a chance to set a tone and holding them to just 13 points in the first half was big. We talked with the kids about playing with multiple effort and they did that tonight. That proves to be very helpful against a team that physical and that big.”  -- IWU head coach Steve Brooks

Extra! Extra!

  • The 40 point output by Goshen is a season low. Their previous low of 59 points came in the season opener in a 59-50 win vs. Holy Cross (Ind.).
  • The loss ends the season-high three game losing streak for Indiana Wesleyan. IWU avoids their first four game skid since December 2000.
