MARION, Ind. -- No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan University women’s basketball had a 10 point halftime lead but outscored visiting Brescia (Ky.) 31-15 in the third quarter en route to a 90-56 victory. Kelsey Key continues a hot stretch as she poured in 24 points and connected on 5 3-pointers as the Wildcats won their fifth straight game.

• “Really glad we had the opportunity to get everyone in the game tonight. Our team is working so hard to keep improving every game and in every practice. Brescia is a very hard playing team that shoots the ball very well. We did a great job of pressuring the ball and making them put it on the ground. On the offensive end, anytime you only have six turnovers, you give yourself a chance to score a bunch of points. We got quality shots and were able to pull away from them. Proud of the resilience the team has shown.”
