MARION, Ind. (Box Score) -- Grace (Ind.) College escaped with a 3-2 victory over Indiana Wesleyan University in volleyball action on Tuesday night in Luckey Arena.

Indiana Wesleyan held leads in the fourth and fifth sets but were unable to put away the visiting Grace squad. The Lancers earned their first conference win of the season by scores of 18-25, 25-17, 18-25, 25-22 and 15-12.

Wildcat freshman outside hitter Rachel Quackenbush led the team with 14 kills and a .375 hitting percentage. Sophomore middle hitter Lauryn Barfell added nine kills and nine blocks while senior outside hitter Kelli Ziegler contributed eight kills, 11 digs and four blocks.

Both teams are now 4-13 on the season and 1-2 in the Mid-Central College Conference.

Indiana Wesleyan will next play this weekend as the Wildcats compete in the Best of the Best Tournament hosted by University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
