WINONA LAKE, Ind. -- Spring Arbor (Mich.) University won the NCCAA Midwest Region softball championship with a 7-5 victory over Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday afternoon in Winona Lake, Indiana.

Spring Arbor advances to the NCCAA National Championship in West Palm Peach, Florida on May 5-7 while Indiana Wesleyan will have to wait to see if they receive an at-large bid. Indiana Wesleyan advanced to the regional championship game with a 4-1 win over host Grace (Ind.) College earlier in the day.
