Box Score HUNTINGTON, Ind. -- The Indiana Wesleyan University men?s basketball team shot an abysmal 3-of-22 (13.6-percent) from 3-point land in a 72-60 defeat at Huntington (Ind.) University on Saturday afternoon.
The Wildcats were 0-for-7 from deep in the second half as IWU finished the contest shooting 35.8-percent (19 of 53) overall.
Sophomore guard Spencer Harris led Indiana Wesleyan with 22 points on 7-of-11 shooting. Junior guard Antonio Murrell chipped in with 14 points while junior guard Jon Moon added 13.
Huntington was led by Doug Sheckler?s game-high 28 points.
Indiana Wesleyan falls to 18-9 this season and 7-7 in the Mid-Central College Conference. Huntington improves to 20-8 overall and 10-4 in conference play.
The Wildcats return to action at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20, as Indiana Wesleyan hosts University of Saint Francis in Luckey Arena.
