Alcohol Policy
No alcoholic beverage containers, including cans and bottles, will be permitted anywhere on campus. Alcohol advertisements on posters or clothing are not permitted.
Animals
Certified Service Animals with accompanying documentation are permitted in Wildcat Stadium. No other animals are permitted in or near Wildcat Stadium.
ATM Locations (Automated Teller Machine)
There are no ATMs located in Wildcat Stadium. The nearest ATM is located in the Barnes Student Center near Chick-fil-A.
B
Bags, Containers and Coolers
Large bags and coolers will not be permitted inside Wildcat Stadium. Purses or small bags are permitted. All bags are subject to search at the gate.
Banners and Signs
Banner and signs are allowed in the stadium. Vulgar and profane wording is not acceptable and violators may be asked to leave.
Barbecues
Gas and propane are the only permissible grills for cooking during tailgating. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Read the full tailgating policy by clicking HERE.
Bookstore
The Bookstore is located in the Barnes Student Center on the east side of the building. Indiana Wesleyan apparel will also be sold beside the ticket booth at Wildcat Stadium on gamedays.
Broadcasts
Fans can watch the IWU Football game by visiting the football schedule page.

Cameras/Camcorders
Small cameras/camcorders are permissible in the spectator areas. Any media wishing to shoot the game from the sidelines must request a credential through the Sports Information Department.
Cash
Wildcat Stadium is now cashless. Ticket and concession transactions will be credit/debit only.
Chairs
Stadium chairs may be used in the bleachers and must measure no more than 15.5"L x 17"W x 4"H when folded.
Concessions
Concessions are located underneath the home bleachers. All transactions are credit/debit only.

Disabled Guests

Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains are located underneath the stadium seats between the concessions and the restrooms.
Drones
The use of drones is not allowed on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University without prior approval from the Sports Information Department.
E
Ejection
Inappropriate behavior deemed disruptive, flagrant or potentially hazardous to players, coaches, officials, spectators, and event personnel are subject to removal from Wildcat Stadium.
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT)
In case of extreme emergency, EMTs can be found in the northwest corner end zone. Patrons are encouraged to seek the help of event personnel before seeking the EMTs.
Exit and Re-Entry
Guests may exit and re-enter with that day’s ticket. Guests MUST have a ticket to re-enter. At no point will Guests be permitted in the stadium without a ticket.

Gates
Wildcat Stadium open one hour prior to kickoff. Access to the stadium can be found in the north end zone.
Group Ticketing
At this time, group tickets are not available. For questions, contact the Indiana Wesleyan Athletics office.

Lost Children
Please report lost children to the nearest usher or ticket taker. A public announcement may be made in the case of an emergency.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found can be found in the Ticket Booth stand located under the home bleachers. After games all lost and found will be taken to the IWU Campus Police office inside the Barnes Student Center.

Media Credentials
Members of the media are encouraged to visit the Sports Information Page to submit credentials and learn about other ways to interact with IWU Athletics.

Noisemakers
Air horns are not allowed inside the football stadium. Cowbells and megaphones are allowed inside Wildcat Stadium.

Parking
Parking is free and patrons are encouraged to look at the parking map and traffic flow map. Shuttle services will not be provided.
Playing Surface
Wildcat Field is an artificial turf.
Police
Police Officers will be on duty at each home game to assist with emergencies, medical incidents, traffic direction, and security.

Fans can listen to select IWU home football games in Grant County on 94.3FM The Fortress.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located underneath the home bleachers.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University.
Social Media
Fans can follow IWU Athletics by searching IWUWildcats on facebook, instagram and twitter. Fans can also search IndWesFootball on facebook, instagram and Twitter to follow the team all season long.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted in Wildcat Stadium but are NOT permitted in bleacher seating areas. Strollers must stay with guests at all times. Stroller storage areas will not be provided.

Tickets
Fans can purchase tickets by clicking HERE. Tickets can also be purchased at Wildcat Football Stadium on gamedays, starting 90 minutes prior to kickoff. All transactions at the gate are credit/debit only. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Treat tickets as cash.
U
Umbrellas
Small, personal umbrellas (approx. 40’ diameter or less) are welcome. Large or oversized umbrellas are not permitted.

Weapons
Weapons are prohibited from IWU, including, but not limited to firearms, knives, explosives, etc. Those in possession will be required to leave.
