Tim Strand

Tim Strand begins his first season as the Indiana Wesleyan women's soccer goal keepers coach in 2012.

Strand brings plenty of coaching experience to the Wildcats. He most recently has been the head girl's coach for the Grant County United Soccer Club and the U-18 Marion Lightning. During that time, Strand was also the goal keepers coach for the Marion Lightning Premier Soccer Club.

Prior to those positions, Strand has spent time as the Taylor (Ind.) University women's soccer team keeper coach, an assistant coach for the Eastern High School girls' soccer team, and as the keeper coach for both the boys' and girls' Eastern High School teams.

Strand has earned two soccer coaching credentials. He has the USCF E & D Licenses and a NSCAA Keeper 1 & 2 Licenses.

Strand has taught science at Eastern High School and Middle School the past 16 years and will begin his first year of work at Mississinewa High School. Tim is married to Sharee and the couple has four children: Kelsie, Caleb, Jared, and Seth.
