Assistant Track and Field Coach for 110 Meter hurdles and strength training

Micah Shaw graduated from Indiana Wesleyan and the track and field program in the spring of 2012. Micah was an outstanding high hurdler for the Wildcats and developed outstanding technique to go along with his speed at IWU.

Shaw is serving as a strength training coach for the middle distance and distance runners, the high hurdle coach and is also doing personal training. His youth and energy have benefitted the IWU track program with not only his paid responsibilities, but a significant number of volunteer hours.

Micah is engaged to Lauren Melser and is eagerly anticipating a summer wedding.
