• Swim and Dive is a sport that requires a tremendous level of hard work, dedication, and determination.  As a coach, my goal is to draw those qualities out of each young woman that comes through our program.  More importantly, however, we want to see those same attributes applied to their life in Christ!

• Coach McVay is married to her husband, Conner McVay. He is a pilot and certified flight instructor.
