MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan Men's Cross Country junior Trenton Sweet was named the Crossroads League (CRL) Male Runner of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. This is his first league weekly honor of the season and the first for the Wildcats this year.

Sweet finished third overall on his own course at the Twilight Invite, posting a 6k time of 18:35.2 in the field of 231 for the best mark of any Crossroads League athlete at the meet.

The Wildcats will travel to Missouri University in Columbia, Mo. for the Gans Creek Classic on Friday, September 25.
