Competitive Cheer Sits in Third Place after Day One of NAIA National Championships

TOPEKA, Kan. - Indiana Wesleyan Competitive Cheer finished Day 1 of the 2026 NAIA Cheer National Championships in Topeka, Kansas on Friday evening looking for its first ever Red Banner. After the Preliminary Round, IWU sits in 3rd place with a score of 91.88, their 4th highest score in program history. The Final Round is worth 75% of the overall score so the Wildcats look to keep up the hard work to move up in the rankings. Indiana Wesleyan will compete at 12:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM ET tomorrow with a chance of a championship on the line.
