OLD HICKORY, TN. - Indiana Wesleyan women's golf put together a record breaking performance at the Music City Invitational this week, setting the program record as a team through the first 18 holes with a 285. Sage Parsetich led the way with the individual record through 18 holes at 6 under par. Caroline Gibson and Kylee Purdy both went 1 under in the first round. Parsetich continued her strong play through the tournament, grabbing another program record with a 217 through 54 holes which also nabbed her a top five individual finish. Despite being in seventh going into the final round the Wildcats pulled themselves into fourth with a strong final round.
 

ROUND ONE

• IWU held first after the first round, shooting a 285.
• Sage Parsetich led the way with a 66.
• Caroline Gibson and Kylee Purdy both fired off 71s.

ROUND TWO

• A tough second round saw IWU drop to 7th after shooting +20.
• Purdy led Indiana Wesleyan with a 74.
• Gibson was second on the team with a 76.

ROUND THREE

• The Wildcats bounced back in the final round, firing off a 296 which moved them back in to 4th place.
• Gibson led IWU with a 72 and Parsetich put together a strong final round with a 73.
• Purdy finished a consistent showing with another 74.
