SILVIS, ILL. - Indiana Wesleyan women's golf earned their first win of the season at the TPC Deere Run Invitational on Tuesday. The Wildcats dominated the tournament, winning by 39 strokes. Caroline Gibson took home first overall and Kylee Purdy earned a top three finish.
 

ROUND ONE

• IWU held a 17 stroke lead after the first round, shooting a 327 (+39)
• Caroline Gibson led the field with a 77.
• Kylee Purdy fired off an 80, good for third.

ROUND TWO

• The Wildcats again fired off a 327 in the second round to increase their lead.
• Gibson replicated her score from the first round with a 77.
• Purdy shot another 80 in the second round. Sage Parsetich saw a 5 stroke improvement from her first round with an 81.

ROUND THREE

• Indiana Wesleyan finished off their victory with a 333 (+45).
• Kendall Brissey and Caroline Gibson led the Wildcats, each firing of an 81 in the final round
