BROOKINGS, S.D. - The final day of the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Nationals Championships didn't disappoint as the Wildcats earned 12 NAIA All-American awards, one NAIA National Championship, and a No. 4 overall team finish for the men. This marks the third consecutive Indoor season Indiana Wesleyan will return home with hardware, finishing fourth in 2021, third in 2022, and a fourth-place finish this season.
Princess Kara took home the gold for the Wildcats in the shot put, tossing it 15.25m / 50 feet. The transfer from Central Arizona College came to IWU with two NJCAA National Discus Championships, but this marks the first shot put Championship.
The Wildcats will return home with 16 total NAIA All-American awards.
