@IWUSWIMMING FALLS SHORT AT HILLSDALE

HILLSDALE, Mich. - No. 3 Indiana Wesleyan swimming battled with NCAA DII swim program Hillsdale College, the 2019-2021 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Champions.

The Chargers edged out the Wildcats, 132-70.

Erica Samuel, last week's Mid-South Swimmer of the week, was the lone Wildcat to take first place in any individual events. Samuel took the 500 Free by 3-seconds and 1000 Free by 6-seconds.

VERMILYA PERSPECTIVE

Today was a terrific opportunity for our team to race some talented NCAA Division 2 swimmers. Our team was focused on the opportunity to race for the second weekend in a row, and we are encouraged as we head into our final regular-season meet next weekend about what's ahead.

HIT THE WATER

IWU heads to Mishawaka, Indiana for the IWU Invite where they will host Bethel, Anderson, and Hillsdale.
