GREENCASTLE, Ind. – Sydney Darnell will be busy come March as she qualified for two more events in the upcoming NAIA Swimming Championships, giving her a total of six qualifying events. Darnell swam a time of 2:32.81 in the 200 Back and a time of 2:13.76 in the 200 IM. Her time in the 200 Back was three seconds faster than the NAIA Qualifying standard and in the 200 IM, she was four seconds better.
IWU was defeated by DePauw 174-97 in the dual meet.

- Today was an outstanding opportunity for our team to compete against a strong NCAA team and learn about back-to-back days of competition. We saw some real bright spots in today’s swims and continued to build our NAIA National squad.
