Men?s Golf Finishes 8th in Loaded Field

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Indiana Wesleyan men’s golf shaved four strokes off their score during the second round and placed eighth at the Wildcat Cup held at Brickyard Crossing in Indianapolis. Jake Coffey shot a two-day total of 152 to lead the Wildcats in a field that included seven teams in the NAIA Top-25 or receiving votes.

  • “This was a great field today and the guys improved their scores from day one. Our senior leader Jake Coffey turned in another solid score for a two-day total of 152, only five shots from fifth place. This was a step in the right direction and will give us more to build on as we look towards the Crossroads League Tournament.”

 

UP NEXT FOR MEN’S GOLF

  • Indiana Wesleyan competes at the Pilot Invitational this upcoming weekend. The two day tournament will be held April 14-15 at Blackthorn Golf Club in South Bend, Indiana.
