MOUNT VERNON, Ohio -- Indiana Wesleyan University men’s golf played 36 holes on Saturday at the MVNU Cougar Spring Invitational in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Indiana Wesleyan had rounds of 301 and 309 as they finished fifth in the field.

• Indiana Wesleyan placed fifth of seven teams as they shot a two-round score of 610. IWU had an opening round of 301 and was in fourth place. But a 309 second round dropped Indiana Wesleyan into fifth place in the final standings.
• Jake Coffey (JR/Columbus, Ind.) (72-77) and Ethan Luecke (SO/Warrenton, Mo.) (70-79) turned in the low cards for Indiana Wesleyan with identical scores of 149. The duo tied for 11th place in the 48-golfer field.
• BJ White (JR/Sweetser, Ind.) scored a 151 (75-76) for 16th place while Blake Russell (SR/Monticello, Ind.) was one stroke behind at 152 (76-76) for 20th place.
• Patrick Hardy (FR/Ellicott City, Md.) tied for 24th place as he turned in a 153 (77-76).
